What if there's no open home?

Most checks happen at scheduled open homes or auctions. If there's no open time listed, ask us, we can often arrange a suitable time. We'll always confirm before you pay.

How fast will I get my RealLook?

It depends on the next available inspection time, usually within 1 to 3 days. Add Urgent for same or next-day priority where a local is available.

Do I pay straight away?

No. You send a request first. We confirm a local can attend, then send a secure Stripe link. You only pay once it's confirmed.

What areas do you cover?

Is this a professional building inspection?

No. RealLook gives you honest in-person footage and practical observations so you can decide whether a place is worth your time or a closer look. It isn't formal building or pest inspection advice.

What about privacy and the rules?

We only capture footage where it's lawful and appropriate, at public open homes and auctions, no trespassing or hidden filming, and we avoid people's faces and personal belongings.
