This Privacy Policy explains how RealLook collects, uses and protects your personal information. RealLook is operated under ABN 69 382 082 977 and is based in Sydney, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: when you request a RealLook or apply to become a Looker — your name, email, mobile number, the listing link or address, your suburb, the package and checks you select, and any notes or questions you provide. Lookers may also provide the areas they cover, their availability and relevant background.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Information collected automatically: when you visit our website we collect standard analytics data (such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location) using cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to and fulfil your request, arrange and carry out a RealLook, send you a secure payment link, assess Looker applications, improve our website and service, measure our advertising, and contact you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run RealLook, and only what is needed:

• Formspree — handling form submissions
• Stripe — processing payments
• Google — website analytics and advertising
• Netlify — website hosting
• the local Looker assigned to carry out your request

Some of these providers may store or process data overseas.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies for analytics and advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

5. Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
